This program consists of tryouts, weekly practices, weekend tournaments, and position focused practices. The season runs December-April. Attending at least one tryout is mandatory if you wish to play on a team at the Friendship YMCA. If you sign up for either day you will be allowed to attend both days but it is not required.

U12/U14-U15 Tryout Schedule:

• Friday, October 17th, 2025 from 6:00-8:00pm
• Sunday, October 19, 2025 from 1:00-3:00pm

Pre-registration tryout deadline is October 16, 2025.  *Any registration past the deadline will be $55*

1. 2025-2026 Registration Form
2. Medical Release Form
3. 2025-26 Player Profile
4. Proof of AAU registration
5. Proof of AAU Membership and payment. You can print this immediately after registering. If you did not do this upon registering, log into your AAU account and print membership
