Classes are offered every Monday night at 7:00 PM in the gymnasium.

Registration is required if you need to use a fitness hula hoop.  If you have your own fitness hula hoop that has been approved by the instructor then you will not need to pre-register.

Join Jordan on Monday nights at 6:00 PM for Spinning in the spin room at 6:00 PM.  All skill levels welcome.  Registration is required to reserve your bike for the class.

Join Shalana in the gymnasium for an Xtreme Hip Hop fitness class!

No cost for members and only a $5 drop in fee for community guests.
