Jujitsu

In modern combat sports, knowing how to fight on the ground is essential. In accordance with that idea, Jujitsu not only shows you simple, effective striking and throwing techniques but also how to grapple, takedown and/or reverse an attacker before applying a fight ending submission or choke. Jujitsu is great tool for building self confidence in your ability to defend yourself or, if you would like to compete in combat sports; these are skills that you can carry with you into any mixed martial art.
