Beginner Gymnastics - Spring II - Ages 5-6
The Tuesday 5:00 class is for Ages 5-6 only!
The 6:00 & 7:00 PM beginner classes are for ages 6-11 only.
Beginner classes are for those who are new to gymnastics or who are still working towards proficiency on beginner skills including: front and back rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and bridges. Gymnasts will participate in progressions, drills, and core strength exercises to help them achieve proficiency. Events include: vault, bars, beam, floor, mini tramp, and rings.
Spring I Session Dates: February 27 – April 16 (8 week session)
Spring II Session Dates: April 23 – June 14 (8 week session)

Preschool Gymnastics- Spring II
An introductory gymnastics class for children ages 3 1/2-5 years old. Children will learn gymnastics fundamentals and participate in activities that foster engagement, independence, strength, cooperation and group work.
