Workshops with Madden & Gilbert PT at Friendship

Friendship
4/24/26 - 4/24/26
VIEW

What is joint pain keeping you from enjoying?

Whether it’s a morning walk, time with grandkids, or simply waking up without stiffness — you deserve to get back to what matters most.

Are you living with stiff, achy joints and wondering if arthritis is to blame — or if there’s anything you can actually do about it? This eye-opening one-hour workshop is designed to cut through the confusion and give you the knowledge and tools to take control of your joint health.

In this workshop, you’ll discover:

  • The two most common types of arthritis — what makes them different, how they affect your body, and why the distinction is critical to getting the right help
  • The truth about arthritis pain — what pain actually signals, why some people with severe arthritis feel little pain while others feel a lot, and why imaging alone doesn’t tell the whole story
  • Practical action steps you can start today — movement strategies, lifestyle adjustments, and evidence-based approaches that can reduce pain and improve function right now
  • What successful treatment really looks like — because “just managing it” is not the finish line; learn what genuine progress looks like and how physical therapy can help you get there

Presented by Dr. Dan Hinnerschitz from Madden & Gilbert Physical Therapy.

This is free for members and community guests alike. Coffee and snacks will be provided.

Schedule:

  • Friday, April 24, 2026 from 10:30am-11:30am
