FSY Community Yard Sale
Join the Friendship YMCA for a Community Yard Sale, whether you’re shopping or selling! Each space will accommodate ONE 7-8 foot table and a 10×10 canopy. You must provide your own table/canopy.
Don’t want to lug home what doesn’t sell? Goodwill Keystone will be on site to accept your donations! Goodwill Keystone accepts clothes, toys, household items, electronics (in any condition), and more. Learn more about what we accept at yourgoodwill.org/donate/where-how.
The street directly in front of the building will be closed off. Commons Drive entrance to the rear entry of the parking lot will still be available for parking. Total table spaces available for rent: 50
Date/Time: Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM (Rain date September 20 from 8AM-1PM)
Schedule: Vendor set-up begins at 7:00 AM, spot locations are first-come first-serve

Vaccine Clinics
Our Fall 2025 Vaccine Clinics are available to register now! The YMCA Center for Healthy Living is excited to partner with Giant Pharmacy to host these clinics at the East Shore YMCA, Friendship YMCA, and West Shore YMCA this fall.
By providing proof of insurance, you will gain access to the vaccines listed below, and they will be administered by Giant Pharmacy staff.
To register for one of the clinic time slots, select the option below and provide your name, phone, email address, and which vaccines you wish to receive. The hours for each option listed below will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. You will fill out paperwork before receiving the vaccines and complete a vaccine consultation with the pharmacy to ensure you receive the proper care.
The following vaccines to be offered:
- COVID (if available)
- Influenza (must be three years of age or older)
- Hep B
- Hep A
- Pneumonia
- Meningococcal
- Shingles
- RSV
- MMR
- Tdap
- HPV
For children under the age of 18, parental consent is required.

September Workshop: Balance & Falls
Presented by Dr. Alicia Yoh, Physical Therapist at Madden & Gilbert PT. Coffee and donuts will be provided! This event is free to all. At the workshop, you will learn:

- How to reduce the risk of falling
- Safe way to get up after a fall

WSY Contract Bridge Class
Playing bridge is great for your brain and social life. It improves memory, concentration, and problem-solving skills, and may even help delay cognitive decline. It’s also a fun way to meet people, reduce stress, and build teamwork. Plus, it’s a game you can enjoy for a lifetime, fostering intergenerational connections.
During this 6-week course you will learn the basics of Bridge. Each session blends clear, friendly instruction with hands-on play, making learning both fun and rewarding. The course cost includes a book. Registration will close on September 2nd to accommodate book ordering.
Taught by Jack Rudy, a certified Bridge teacher with the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL) with over 12 years of experience.
Schedule:
- Tuesdays 6:30-8:30pm
- Wednesdays 2:30-4:30pm
