CCY Intro to Podcasting
Introduction to Podcasting at the Camp Curtin YMCA is a hands-on program designed to introduce youth and teens to the exciting world of digital media and podcasting. This program is perfect for beginners who are interested in media, technology, storytelling, music, sports, current events, or simply having their voices heard.
Participants will learn:
- How to turn their ideas into engaging podcast episodes
- Podcast planning and topic development
- Interviewing and communication skills
- Microphone and recording techniques
- Basic audio editing and production
- Teamwork and creative thinking
No previous podcast or audio production experience is required!
Dates:
- October 27 – December 17, 2026
Schedule:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30pm-7:00pm
Ages: 12-19

Join us for a fun-filled Youth Arts & Crafts Workshop where imagination takes center stage! Whether you’re a budding artist or just love getting your hands messy with glue and glitter, this is the perfect space to explore, create, and connect. WSY Future Artist
Inhale possibilities and exhale creativity!
Our professional artist will bring out your student’s inner creativity. By focusing on the creative side of the brain, students will learn about color theory, water color, drawing, and collage through instruction and hands on technique and skills building.
