25/26 FSY Club Volleyball Try-Outs: U14 and U15
This is a competitive program that consists of tryouts, weekly practices, weekend tournaments, and position focused practices. The season runs December-April. Attendance at tryouts is mandatory if you wish to play on a team at the Friendship YMCA.
U14-U15 Tryout Schedule:
- Friday, October 17th, 2025 from 6:00-8:00pm
- Sunday, October 19, 2025 from 1:00-3:00pm
Pre-registration tryout deadline is October 16, 2025. *Any registration past the deadline will be $55*

Items needed to be turned in at tryouts:
- Medical Release Form
- 2025-26 Player Profile
- Proof of AAU registration
- Proof of AAU Membership and payment. You can print this immediately after registering. If you did not do this upon registering, log into your AAU account and print membership

FSY Developmental Volleyball
For beginners and new players! Skill work and fundamentals are the focus during this 8-week Developmental Volleyball Program. Position work will be addressed as well as the understanding of game play. Participants will also learn blocking, hitting, serving, passing, and setting.

Intermediate Volleyball is a great way to develop your volleyball skills in a fun and encouraging climate! You will continue to build on your basic skills while learning volleyball tactics and strategy during game play. This program will get you ready for the next level!

FSY Youth Volleyball League
Our in house Youth Volleyball League is a great way to expand and hone your volleyball skills in a fun and encouraging climate! During competitive gameplay you will continue to build upon your skills in addition to developing winning tactics and strategies. The coaching staff recommends that players have at least one year of training and/or playing experience.
- Week 1: Team placement
- Week 2: Team building and practice
- Weeks 3-12: Competition
