FSY: Youth Basketball League
The Friendship YMCA’s goal is to provide a youth basketball league that is competitive and exciting. While at the same time providing an opportunity for the players to develop through coaching instruction. During competitive gameplay you will continue to build upon your skills. In addition to developing winning tactics and strategies. Our in house YBL is a great way to expand and hone your basketball skills in a fun and encouraging climate!
The coaching staff recommends that players have one year of training, playing experience or attended our Developmental Basketball program.
YBL is for boys and girls ages 12 to 14.
The league runs for ten weeks on Mondays from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Week # 1 Player Evaluation
Week # 2 Team Building & Practice
Weeks # 3 thru 10 Competition
