Tuition assistance: The YMCA accepts participants who qualify for subsidy. If you qualify for any kind of assistance, or need information, please contact your program’s Child Care Office. The Harrisburg Area YMCA Annual Campaign raises funds to provide scholarships for participants in need of assistance with membership and childcare. This scholarship program can provide relief if your family does not qualify for other types of assistance. To learn more, visit our financial aid page or contact the Child Care Office.

Schedule: Williams Valley Elementary SACC will begin on the first day of school, Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
- AM – Program opens at 6:00 AM
- Table time (games, puzzles, cards, Legos, crafts, coloring, etc)
- Group game
- Transition to school
- PM – Program ends at 6:00 PM
- Transition from school
- Attendance and bathroom
- Outside time (weather permitting) or group game
- Homework and table time
Location: Williams Valley Elementary School
Fully completed registration paperwork will be due within one week of your online registration submission to complete your registration process. We need a completed packet for each child you are registering. If your forms are not received, your registration will be canceled. Visit ymcaharrisburg.org/sacc for all current registration packets.
