ESY TRX
Suspension training uses leveraged body weight to challenge the entire body in every plane of motion. Safely perform exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injury, all at the intensity you choose. If you are new to TRX and want to give it a try, contact John Blymier to register for a free 20-minute demo class.

WSY A Matter of Balance
Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restricting their activities. A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program, offered through Penn State Health, designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. In this program, you will learn to:
- view falls as controllable
- set goals for increasing activity
- make changes to reduce fall risks at home
- exercise to increase strength and balance
Anyone concerned about falls, interested in improving their balance, has fallen in the past, or has restrictions due to fall concerns, are encouraged to attend.

WSY Empowered Functional Fit
With this 8 class session, build strength in your coordination, joint integrity, and center of gravity control. You will gain functional fitness through simple cardio and strength moves. In a community setting with individualized attention, you will enhance your balance, speed, agility, as well as balance.
Designed for Active Older Adults.

WSY Teen Strength Fundamentals Class
Help your teen build a strong foundation in fitness with our Teen Strength Fundamentals class! This 8-week program is designed specifically for teens who want to learn how to lift safely and effectively under the guidance of one of our certified personal trainers.
Participants will focus on:
- Proper lifting technique
- Balance and coordination
- Safe and effective strength training habits
The course includes baseline and final testing to track progress and celebrate improvements.
Whether your teen is new to the gym or looking to build confidence in the weight room, this class is the perfect place to start!

WSY Women on Weights
This group class is specifically geared toward women and provides a specific workout program for each class in the session. Instructed by Brian Hancock on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Instructed by Tyna Warren on Tuesday nights and Saturday mornings.
